To the residents on Toben, Reinhardt, Steiner and South Stoney Creek in the Monroe/Carleton area that are without power due to the storm that came through last night, DTE is sending out a van with ice and bottled water for the residents without power. The van is expected to arrive around 10-10:30 am today and will be there for a couple of hours. It will be parked just west of 1905 Toben Road. Please see them if you need ice to keep your food cold and water. If you have friends and family in this area that don't have power, please let them know of this service as they may not have access to this post or have internet.
