After being honorably discharged from her military service, Dr. Cupid pursued a chemistry degree from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. Throughout college, she was a member of several honor societies, including Phi Beta Kappa and Tri Beta, and graduated magna cum laude with her bachelor’s degree.
Dr. Cupid earned her medical degree from Wright State School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, where she served as the president of the Student National Medical Association.
In her downtime, Dr. Cupid loves spending time with Omalari, her husband of 16 years, and their two sons, Omari and Omarion. She enjoys traveling, cooking international cuisine, and serving her local community through her involvement with Les Femmes Cancer Society in Dayton, Ohio, and the Kiwanis Club of Gaffney, South Carolina.
