COVID-19 protocol update!
In order to continue our care of your fur babies we had to revamp our protocol :) We are doing all appointments curbside. When you arrive to the hospital and are an appointment please park in the shade. Call us and a technician will come out to bring your pet in. Doctor Smith will do the exam and then bring your pet back. Doctor Smith will come out to the vehicle to discuss the exam with you. Drop off appointments please call as well when you arrive and we will get your pet from you. We are taking payments over the phone post appointment or taking your form of payment in the building to process. Our technicians and doctor are wearing mask and gloves at all time when handling your pets. Thank you so much in advance for your understanding and compliance. Hope all are doing well, staying safe and enjoying the extra time with your fur babies. 💜🐾💙
We at Curlew are committed to being open to care for our patients. Unless we are directed otherwise we will remain open.
However, we are having to revamp our typical protocol for appointments. Please if you have/had or been exposed to anyone in the last 72 hours with the following symptoms do not come inside:
-cough - respiratory distress
-fever. -sore throat
-lethargy
EVEN if you think you may have the common cold
Please call from the vehicle and we will come take the pet from you.
Following CDC recommendations were asking only 2 people come to the appointments. Please keep a 6 foot distance and avoid shaking hands with other clients in the building.
We do have hand sanitizer available at the front door we are asking kindly clients use before entering the building. We appreciate your understanding! We want to stay safe and healthy so we can keep you and your fur babies safe and healthy 💜
