Our marigolds are really blooming on our patio! Did you know that marigolds are common in Pakistan/India and are often used to decorate Pakistani/Indian weddings?
The usage is said to originate in Hinduism with the marigold signifying the sun, brightness, and positive energy. Today regardless of religious background marigolds are frequently used in weddings and ceremonies throughout South Asia.
