Dear Valued Customer,
We want to update you on our operations decision and status regarding Governor Wolf’s recent order to “Stay at home.” We have been classified as Essential and Life-Sustaining. After consulting with our employees and asking them what they would prefer to do in the coming weeks they have decided to continue working. We are limiting them to one man per vehicle and assigning equipment to them individually in order to keep them from handling tools that have been used by another employee. When a job requires more than one employee to be on at a time they will disinfect any tools that are to be used by others, arrive in separate vehicles, and maintain social distancing.
Barry would ask that you as a customer take into consideration the CDC’s recommendations to slow the spread of this virus when you come in contact with one of our employees or ourselves. Our employees have been trained and coached on how to respond when they come in contact with the public.
We will be contacting each of you prior to our arrival to ensure you are comfortable with our employees working at your homes / restaurants.
Our hope is that all of you, your families, and loved ones are staying healthy and finding ways to connect during this difficult time. It has been our pleasure to serve each and every one of you over the years and we look forward to providing you with the highest of quality available in the many years to come after this passes. Thank you from our families to yours for the support and understanding through this ordeal.

• We are incorporating a rigorous cleaning of our facility and stringent hygiene requirements for our employees
• We are mandating all employees that can perform their work remotely to do so from home
• We are limiting the vendors, suppliers, and visitors that enter our facility
• We are implementing safety protocols for our services
