Dr. Fazil Mohamed is the founder of Coastal Womens Care, P.C. in Wilmington, NC. As a promoter of womens health and well-being, Dr. Mohamed is continually incorporating the latest technologies to better meet the needs of his patients. He has been performing in-office procedures for many years and has incorporated cosmetic gynecology into his practice. In keeping with the interest of his patients, he is implementing his surgical skills to further provide in-office cosmetic surgery as well. Dr. Mohamed is a native of Washington, D.C. and received his undergraduate degree from Howard University. He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Mohamed completed his chief residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Mohamed is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced OB/GYN for over 14 years. He served as Administrative Chief Resident of OB/GYN at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Dr. Mohamed is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and an Associate of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America.
