Todd has been with CWC for 7 years as a Project Development Manager. He believes what makes CWC so different from other roofing companies is that "they truly care about the client and their satisfaction." To him, working for CWC feels like they are all family and are appreciated for the hard work they each put forth.
Outside of work: He’s married and has an 8 year old daughter. His hobbies include playing golf, reading, and spending time with family.

"Tim served seven years between active duty in the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Air National Guard deploying to the middle east several times between 2004 and 2011. During his last deployment to Kuwait in 2008, he suffered a brain hemorrhage which rendered him to be unable to do his civilian job, and he was put on medical leave from the National Guard. He still struggles with his injuries and he is 70% service disabled, suffering from memory loss, migraines and PTSD among other long lasting effects. Fortunately, Tim is still able to work and provide for his family."

Evan has been with the company since February 2020 as a Director of Sales & Project Development and calls it a first class organization because of the company structure and the care shown for its employees. He has held senior level positions for almost 20 years, and according to him, what makes CWC different than most is "CWC truly does value people over profits."
Outside of work: Although his immediate family of his mother and brother are small, he considers his girlfriend (as seen below), friends, and community as his family too. He moved to the Southwest Florida area in 1982 and has been here ever since. His hobbies include golf, boating, sports, and cooking.
