We offer a variety of plans, including: Health Insurance - Covers medical expenses such as the cost associated with routine, preventive and emergency health care services and prescription drugs. We also offer custom designed health plans ranging from rich plans to high deductible plans, quality plans which include coverage on and off the job, including the new Health Savings Account. Dependents' Options: Insurance options for spouses or dependents. Life Insurance: Provides money to beneficiary upon the insurers death, helps to cover costs such as funerals expenses. Our plans are low cost, high performance. Long Term Care: Covers expenses for long term care, such as nursing home costs. We provide personal and careful planning to protect your future and your assets. Annuities: A retirement investment, where the annuitant pays into it and then later on gets money back. We offer return plans only. Employee Benefits: We provide group medical insurance and cafeteria plans. Vision Insurance: Generally covers hardware and eye exams. Health insurance generally covers medical conditions of the eye such as glaucoma, cataracts or eye injury. Dental Insurance: Covers dental costs separate from the medical insurance plan. There aren't any great dental plans. There are some decent plans, which we offer.
