Washing Machine Tip!
Overloading your washer is one of the worst things you can do to it and one of the main reasons we see customers trading in non-working units. Cramming your washing machine full of laundry could lead to your clothing coming out still dirty and covered in detergent. You also risk damaging your appliance by overburdening the washer's drum. Doing a load that's appropriate to your washer's capacity will allow for proper circulation of the detergent and give enough room for items to agitate. You may wish to take a few minutes to weigh the laundry before beginning this chore. You may have to do an additional load, but your clothes will come out clean, and your machine will run efficiently and last longer.
Please refer to your manufacturers instruction for specific load sizes for your unit. If you dont have the instructions available, below is a basic guideline:
Standard top load washer holds about 12 to 15 lbs.
Front Load washer holds about 15 - 18 lbs.
Extra Large Capacity Front Loads about 20 to 22 lbs.
WISHING EVERYONE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS! ๐๐๐
