This is what gratitude is,
This is what sharing and blessing other's is about;
I put out an inquiry for Thanksgiving dinners to be prepared for our Vets in housing. I was looking to give the business to a local restaurant instead of a chain. Instead I had a lady ask if she could help the Veterans by cooking their meal, if we would purchase the groceries.
When I delivered the food I saw that she had porch steps that were treacherous. I found out she lived alone and was disabled and had no one to help her with the steps.
So I took a picture of them and asked Dan was there anyway we might be able to do something for this kind woman. The next day when I went to pick up the food I was astonished to find brand new steps.
I cried when I thought of the whole cycle of blessing that had happened. We wanted to feed our Veterans, she wanted to share her gift of cooking, and Dan (D&O Contractors) was able provide a huge act of kindness and charity. Thank you Dan Oloughlin, thank you Tony Nevius (who swooped in and built these in like hours!) Thank you Rexanna.
God always has a plan.
