Here is our new Fall Schedule starting Monday, August 24th! We will be removing our 9am rookie class, and our one big change is moving the 3 o'clock rookie class to 4pm! If the are any questions about Scheduling give us a call or message us!

We would like to welcome back MLB pitchers Nathan Jones and Garrett Williams to D1 Shreveport! Both of these guys are Louisiana natives and are currently playing with the NY Mets and LA Angels organizations. They are training to maintain and improve strength and stamina before reporting back to their teams!
An incredible job this past weekend by all of our D1 athletes at the Autumn Breeze races! We had multiple first and second place finishers in each age bracket, and lots of athletes repping D1!

An awesome week of work from our D1 athletes! Remember to take the weekend to rest and recover. Active recovery can anything from yoga, biking, walking, or jogging, this encourages muscle recovery and alleviates soreness!
