Da Marino serves traditional authentic Italian cuisine showcasing the best of Italy in Chef Masimo's Northern Italian dishes and Chef Pasquale's Southern Italian cooking.
Da Marino provides the essence of old Italy, creating an unparalleled, authentic atmosphere. The ambiance of the restaurant has been custom designed to make visitors feel that they are in an old Italian villa overlooking the Mediterranean through balcony windows and terraces. The restaurant was created and designed by chef and owner Pasquale and painted by Italian artist Davide Rodoquino. The dining room is wrapped in murals depicting the seaside balconies of Chef Pasquale’s homeland.
At Da Marino, you will find staff and chefs who are experts in authentic cuisine. The melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella arrives directly from Naples. Their tomatoes are picked from the finest vineyards of Italy, and the bread and pasta are made in-house. Chef Pasquale trusts only his own thoroughly-trained palate to test the worthiness of the olive oil, and his staff are skilled in the art of delicately filleting fish at the table and topping it with olive oil and lemon, as it was meant to be served.
“Da Marino is the house of love, the living room of artists, and the taste of Italy. Pure Magic.”
