Farmers have a long history of leading the way, even when it comes to #ElectionDay. Did you know farm life is the reason we vote on a Tuesday in November? According to History.com, in the 1800s, most people worked as farmers and lived far from their polling place. Factoring in time to travel to the polling location, the Tuesday after the first Monday in November was selected because Sunday was church day, Wednesday was market day and November is considered after the harvest. #CoopsVote
