DALLAS APARTMENT LOCATORS was founded in 2009. At the time, the owner, Rich Jerbert, saw a need in the Uptown area for a company that had real estate agents who possessed two equally important characteristics. The first is an in-depth product knowledge of the market. This has been accomplished by having each of our full-time agents residing in the uptown area and having personally previewed each apartment community. The second is superior customer service. We pride ourselves with being available 7 days a week to assist our customers and also by responding in a timely manner to any questions that may arise through the apartment locating process.
