If you’ve driven by the airport, you have passed by our recent office renovation for Progressive Surface. We created an open and flowing office environment, while maximizing natural light and flexible use of space. Multiple spaces were opened up and walls were relocated to achieve an optimal office flow. Visually distinctive and open stairways invite staff and visitors to easily find and move between the two floors of the office.
The employee breakroom provides a place to relax with a view of the outdoors while keeping a visual connectivity with the office. The layout provides a variety of work spaces and private break out areas. These areas offer zoom meeting technology, adjustable height work surfaces and natural light wherever possible.

The Foundry Church| Flexibility of space plays a big part in dynamic church design. Just completed, The Foundry Church is a contemporary venue with a variety of worship programs for a large community.
The worship center has seating for 750 and multi-purpose seating of 132. Flexible program rooms flank worship space which can be used for group meetings. Classrooms with flexible walls offer the capability of creating one or two combined spaces out of three classrooms. Educational spaces include a dedicated youth room and a large nursery. A full prep and serving kitchen can host meals with the main narthex, causeway space with multiple coffee stations as potential table seating.

Cornerstone University Dorms | Our lives are shaped by moments in learning spaces...being in space on campus that feels like home
Cornerstone University’s design build goal for this project was to refresh and renovate their Dorm Lounges, Pickitt and Quincer. The school created a welcoming environment for students and visitors. Pickitt and Quincer entry ways are updated with new flooring, stair treads with risers, decorative lighting, and touchdown areas.

Grow Together with Moline Christian School | Moline Christian School is growing, enrollment is increasing, space is limited, and a building expansion project is in the works! Moline is a feeder school to South Christian High School. The vision for this project is to grow together and raise funds now to meet the needs for the community with an anticipated construction completion in 2022.

Giving Back to the Community We Serve | Each year, our team donates many gallons of life saving blood to Versiti Blood Center of Michigan.
We look at this year as any other year. Our community needs support, and we are proud to contribute. It feels good to work with a company that supports local organizations.
Over a quarter of our employees registered and collected 26 pints.
We helped save 78 lives. We can all be heroes.
We had a 1st Time Donor and a Gallon Milestone achieved by Nick Blundy!
