Mr. Berger has over 30 years of municipal court experience. He was a former municipal court prosecutor in many municipalities in Ocean County. This has enabled him to successfully defend his client’s rights. In 1986 he was the regular municipal prosecutor in Toms River and Forked River and frequently prosecuted in many other municipal courts in Ocean County from 1985 through 1992. In the twenty years since then he has focused strictly on defense work and have successfully defended thousands of cases.
