Today is National Liqueur Day. Often overlooked, as it is never the main ingredient, but is critical to a great craft cocktail. I’ve used Pumpkin Spice Kahlua, to make fall seasonal White Russian. Cinnamon sugar rim, 2oz Vodka, 1oz Pumpkin Spice Kahlua, 1.5oz Creamer(or half and half), light sprinkle with cinnamon, garnish with cinnamon stick.
