I am a family therapist with over 20 years of experience. I provide supervision and training as well as therapy, and am a senior faculty member at the Minuchin Center for the Family. I work with individuals and families experiencing the range of issues that bring people into therapy: depression, divorce, substance abuse, child behavior problems, relationship issues, adolescent issues, etc. I am also a hypnotherapist. I use hypnotherapy, along with other modalities primarily in helping with depression and with anxiety issues (general anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic disorders). I also teach at the NY Society for Ericksonian Psychotherapy and Hypnosis ( NYSEPH)
I work with children, adolescents, and adults; and see individuals, couples, and families. I work with both traditional and non traditional families. But, as a family therapist, regardless of who I am seeing, I am always concerned with the many ways in which our families and our significant relationships impact on our lives, and in helping people to access their strengths and resources.
You can call me at (718) 522-3474 to set up an appointment or ask any questions you might have. I am also available for a free initial consultation to discuss your situation and help you decide if I can be of help.
I am available to professionals and agencies for supervision, consultation, and training.
