With a strong belief that exercise is medicine, Dr. Parker believes that physical activity is a vital part of each patient's overall health and wellness. He strives to help his patients achieve their health goals, no matter what their limitations may be. As a public health professional, Dr. Parker enjoys supporting community events, such as running races, biking and high school sports. He recently conducted a prospective study on injury risk in female marathoners, the results of which were published in the Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, as well as road biking, kite boarding and running.
