As daily routines change to help slow the spread of COVID-19, my agency is available via phone and email. You can also manage your policy via the Allstate app.
The Westrick Family Agency’s purpose is to advise and protect people during life's uncertainties. In times such as these, we are here for our clients, communities and each other. We’d like to communicate a few new business practices we are implementing in response to COVID-19.
In keeping with the recommended practices of social distancing, until further notice, the Westrick Family Agency offices will not be open for in-person services, which includes in-person appointments and taking payments.
Please be assured, we are still available and ready to serve our clients during this time.
- Please call our office or email us during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
- If after hours, call (800) 255-7828, Allstate’s 24/7 line.
- Download the Allstate Mobile App or visit allstate.com to access all your documents, make policy changes, or make payments.
- You may also leave payments in the drop box outside our office, if you wish.
If you are elderly and concerned about leaving your home, please call our office, or call Dan directly at (260) 410-5621. If you live within our office proximity, we would happily assist in running errands or picking up groceries.
