Dan’s Kitchen is grateful to be the newest restaurant in the Ravenna neighborhood serving traditional American fare. We have received such a warm welcome by casual connoisseurs, locals and passersby.
Chef Dan prides himself on serving some of the best hamburgers and sandwiches in Seattle. From the fresh crisp lettuce, vine-ripened tomatoes, juicy Angus burgers, and made-from-scratch sauces, no detail is overlooked. People ask us what makes our food special? Well that question is hard to answer. At a glance, what we serve is traditional. Burgers and Sandwiches with no "how do you pronounce that?" ingredients or exotic combinations. Where we stand apart is that we strive for excellence in each element. We strive for every tomato to be impeccably sliced, every burger perfectly cooked, and every sandwich flawlessly assembled.
