instructor. The Traditional Karate Training class continues a long tradition of learning self-defense and individual development, kata (formal training patterns) and group traning. It combines aerobic conditioning, flexibility, core strengthening and exercises that condition the body for slef-defense. Anyone of any physical ai biliry is welcome to attend.

cardio work out in an hour! Perfect for all fitness levels, Pump N' Pedals is a great way to get the benefits of spin and strength without spending a full hour doing each.The class is comprised of four parts totaling 1 hour: spin, strength, followed by a repeat of spin and strength.
MMA Bootcamp
Learn the fitness exercises and drills of a professional MMA Fighter in a safe, non-contact
environment. This class will involve the use of Jui Jit Su, cycling bikes, standing punching bags, punching hand mits, and jump ropes. Exercises will include ladder runs, tire tosses, Monster Core work, and much more.
STUDIO CYCLING
Indoor cycling has been around for more than 30 years. It is the ultimate calorie incinerator. In
this class you will ride state of the art indoor bikes, fitted with the latest technology to measure your

CIRCUIT FIT
Interval training is a proven method of shedding unwanted pounds and increasing overall fitness
