...TROPICAL STORM WATCH ISSUED FOR SOUTHEASTERN FLORIDA AS NEW TROPICAL DEPRESSION FORMS...
A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect from south of Jupiter Inlet to north of Ocean Reef, Florida. Tropical storm conditions are possible within the watch area within the next 6 to 12 hours.
Interests along the northern Gulf Coast should also be monitoring the progress of this system. Tropical storm or hurricane watches could be issued for a portion of that area tonight or on Saturday. For storm information specific to your area, including possible inland watches and warnings, please monitor products issued by your local National Weather Service forecast office - www.weather.gov
NHC is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Depression Nineteen. The system is centered as of 5 p.m. EDT about 80 meiles (130 km) east-southeast of Miami. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h). On the forecast track, the depression is forecast to move inland over south Florida early on Saturday, move into the southeastern Gulf of Mexico late Saturday, and then move northwestward over the north-central Gulf of Mexico on Monday.
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression could become a tropical storm before moving across south Florida overnight. Otherwise it is expected to become a tropical storm on Sunday and gradually intensify through Monday. The next name on the list is Sally.
Tropical Depression Nineteen is expected to produce total rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated maximum amounts of 5 inches, across central and South Florida, including the Florida Keys. This rainfall could produce isolated flash flooding and prolong ongoing minor flooding on rivers in the Tampa Bay area.

NHC is issuing advisories on newly formed Tropical Depression Thirteen. The government of the Netherlands has issued a Tropical Storm Watch for Saba and St. Eustatius.
Tropical storm conditions are possible within the watch
area by late Friday.
Interests elsewhere in the northern Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico should monitor the progress of this system, as tropical storm watches could be required for those areas on Thursday. For storm information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your national meteorological service.
At 11 p.m. AST/EDT, the center of Tropical Depression Thirteen was located over the Atlantic Ocean about 1035 miles (1670 km) east-southeast of the northern Leeward Islands. It's moving toward the west-northwest near 20 mph (31 km/h) and this motion is expected to continue for the next few days. On the forecast track, the depression is expected to move near or north of the northern Leeward Islands by late Friday and near or north of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Saturday.
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.Gradual strengthening is forecast to take place, and the depression is expected to become a tropical storm by late Thursday. When that occurs, it will be named Laura.
