Employees temps are taken daily with hand washing and distancing measures applied. Cars are disinfected, wiped down on all common touch areas when they come in and before they are delivered.
Estimates are done outside in fresh air 6’ apart. All information is taken and process explained. Estimates are all emailed to the customer usually the same day.
We can also do estimates with pics, however it is usually better to see in person as we know what to look for when writing the estimate.
As usual we strive to make what is usually a major inconvenience a smooth and informed process. Helping set up rentals, dealing with the insurance companies, and explaining the repairs.
