Dr. Fairleigh graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine Health Science Center and completed an Anesthesiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Fairleigh is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. Dr. Fairleigh is the Director of out-patient pain services at the Gulf Coast Pain Institute.
