I am a Utah Bankruptcy Attorney who has spent nearly twenty years representing clients who were struggling with overwhelming debt. I have seen the struggles that aggressive creditors and collections agencies can cause.
I know that we hard times can hit any of us. Injury, illness, unexpected job loss, predatory financial practices by unscrupulous businesses, and other events are often the cause of debt that pushes us over the edge. I help Utah individuals and families return to financial peace freeing them to spend less stress on finances and more time with their families their friends and the hobbies they love.
In many cases I can help you stop foreclosures, repossessions, garnishment of your wages and more. I can help you use the law to stop creditors and collection agencies harassing you. Call me and let's get started towards freeing your from oppressive debt.
History
Established in 1995
While I was at the University of Utah, I was able to work full time as I studied Organizational Communications. I graduated in 1991 with a B.A.
My wife and I were then ready for an adventure and we decided on Law School, moving to South Dakota where I atteneded the UNiversity of South Dakota Law School and graduated in 1994.
While in law school I learned about U.S. bankruptcy law and how it an help those who find themselves over their heads with debt. I saw firsthand how lives can be changed when they get a fresh start. I decided I would become a bankruptcy attorney, moved back to Utah with my family and have spent my career on that path ever since. You might also like to know that I was the Student Bar Association President while I was there.
