Caitlin Ward has been with our office for four years. She handles everything service-related in the office and always goes above and beyond with every task she is given. She makes the best coffee in the office and is always there to offer you coffee (or cold water). When she isn’t answering calls or reaching out to our customers she can be found outdoors spending time with her family.

Lowell Pinkard enjoys spending his time with customers and answering any question that comes his way. He has over 40 years of experience in insurance, and as the office manager he does a little bit of everything. He is always willing to support the rest of the team from sales to service. When he isn’t serving our customers in the office his spare time is spent around sports, especially with his grandson.
