David Tabby was born in Philadelphia. He graduated from Princeton University in 1980 with a degree in Population Biology. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1984. His Neurology residency training was at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital under Robert Schwartzman, MD. He was chief resident in 1988. He has practiced in the greater Philadelphia region since then.
He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology & Psychiatry, the
