Feel The Love® is now accepting nominations for our 2020 program. Lennox has expanded the program's focus this year to bring hope and support to medical professionals, essential workers and those on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
For the past 10 years, Lennox’ Feel The Love program has installed heating or cooling equipment at no cost in U.S. and Canadian homes to help those facing physical, mental or social disabilities, financial challenges or job loss. Military and community service are also key factors for choosing HVAC recipients, and this year, Lennox is dedicating even more of its resources to benefit first responders and those keeping us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lennox will supply new high-efficiency heating or cooling equipment for selected nominees during Feel The Love Weekend, October 8 – 11, 2020.
Lennox encourages individuals and local organizations across the US and Canada to nominate deserving families and neighbors in need of a safer, more comfortable home, especially as people spend more time indoors. Visit FeelTheLove.com to nominate a member of your community today.
Due to rising cases of Covid-19, we are starting curbside pick-up for filters. Please text the phone number on our door and tell us why you are visiting. If it’s for new filters, we’ll bring your filters to you!
Governor DeWine’s Stay at Home Order is now in effect. HVAC is considered a Critical Trade and we have been asked to remain open. We understand as it keeps the air in our homes clean and safe for us. We know homeowners need us more than ever and we are doing everything we can to help.
We have employed many policies to keep our staff and your homes compliant and protected. Please take note of the following if you need our services:
1. We’ve reduced our office hours. They now are 8am-4pm at both locations.
2. Please knock if you come to our offices and we will bring your filters or needed parts to you.
3. Our emergency department is still open 24 hours every day. 740-654-HEAT
4. Our techs are following every directive to make sure you and their own families are safe. Please respect their rules and boundaries, they are there for your protection.
5. Please be honest with our dispatchers if you are not feeling well in any way.
6. Ask us about additional ways to protect your homes. Filtering is an essential first step but there are other methods that are even more effective like UV lights.
7. Please run your fan continuously. This keeps the air in your home moving and filtering constantly instead of becoming stagnant.
We are here to help. Thank you all for sticking with us through all of this. We are here with you and for your families, we find comfort in knowing that our Ohio government and all of you take it all seriously. We want to protect our families and kids and parents. We want to protect each other’s health and financial stability as much as possible. We understand and share your every fear.

It is our #1 priority to keep all of you healthy. We feel we can best do that by obeying the directions of Governor DeWine and the CDC. We are listening and changing our policies every day. Your home is your haven and now that we all are spending more time in them, it’s important that everyone have clean, safe, and comfortable air. Because of this, we are remaining open and available to you with the following changes:
We’ve reduced both office’s hours to 8-4pm. We know the CDC has asked that people change their air filters. Please do not come if you or a family member has a temperature is 100° or over. We do ship filters and we are currently running our buy 2 get 1 free spring special.
We have asked all nonessential staff to work from home and have made provisions for them to do so. We have laid off a few and we are appreciative of their positive attitudes. We are requiring all who are still working to have their temperature taken both before they come to work and before they go into the field (your houses), they are wearing booties and gloves and sanitizing their vehicle surfaces and doorknobs. We also are practicing social distancing and making sure our small office staff stay in their own offices and maintain 6 feet of space. And we are cleaning and disinfecting all shared spaces every hour.
If you have need of our services, please call. There is no need to suffer, we are here for you. We will be asking you about your health and your safety practices before we can help, however. Help us help southeastern Ohio stay safe!
We know it’s scary to live in a quickly changing world, when big changes seem to happen every day. In times of change and chaos it is our families, our communities that see us through.
We are committed to helping families create safe havens of comfort in their homes. That includes safe, clean air to breathe but it also means we care on a deeper level and times like this remind us of why helping people with their homes is so very important to us.
Please take one day at a time, if you have enough for today, you have enough. This includes both physical and emotional needs. If you don’t have enough to make it safely to tomorrow, please reach outward. Don’t suffer alone. Let those who have enough for today and tomorrow share from their surplus.
