I have been posting a lot about Soup lately. We have 3 soups per week. One is a broth type which is usually vegetarian and gluten free. Another is a cream of some vegetable or meat based. This week's soups are Escarole and white bean (Vegetarian). And Mexican Chicken Soup.
Thus weeks sous are Mushroom Vegetable, vegetarian soups loaded with fresh vegetables. Chicken Milanaise, spring like soup w/ spoon size peices of chicken, onions and peppers in a velvety cream base.
This week we have three soups. First we have a Gluten Free chicken noodle. Fresh chicken and vegetables simmered in home made broth. Great for what ales you. Next we have a Carrot and Fennel, rich and smooth. Perfect to get warmed up. Last but not least we have a Country Seafood Chowder. Cooked with bacon, onions, carrrots, celery, corn and potatoes..
