This message is to inform you I have suspended massage therapy services for the foreseeable future. A recent string of events led me to this decision. And, while COVID-19 has not directly caused the death of anyone in my immediate circle of family and friends, it has had some devasting impacts. So much so I have decided that for me, the best response is to limit services provided to ones where I can practice social distancing.
I will continue to offer private, semi-private and small group wellness sessions, which are customizable and include activities which focus on stress management, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. If this interests you, please give me a call.
