Inventory levels are WAY down, interest rates are at an all time low. The few homes that are on the market and priced properly are coming off the market in record time, and buyer demand is still extremely high.
2nd quarter numbers were way down. 3rd quarter numbers are way up, and all signs point to an above average 4th quarter due to low rates and high buyer demand.
