To her clients, Deborah Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Deborah graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University, a Liberal Arts degree and Speech Communication Certificate from West Valley College, and is a Graduate from the Sheriff’s Office Leadership Development training class.
Deborah is dedicated to doing the right thing, for the right reason, at the right time, and in the right way. Over the past 16 years, Deborah procured a successful career in Law Enforcement protecting and serving the west-side communities of Saratoga, Cupertino and Los Altos Hills. While serving the local community, recently retired Sergeant Johnson held collateral duties as a Hostage Negotiator and a Crime Scene Investigator, in addition to her patrol and investigative duties. As such, she has the ability to talk to just about anyone about anything and to negotiate the best deal for her clients, while paying close attention to details. When Deborah retired in 2011, her focus to serving and protecting shifted from the local community to her clients and their real estate needs.
In addition, Deborah brings to the table her experience as a homeowner, new home builder, and property manager. Her commitment to excellence is fueled by the sheer fun she has managing a vast array of moving parts...all while under pressure. She credits her real estate success to the dedication she devotes toward her clients, and the effort she puts into understanding their needs and, yes, even the details of their lives. As a real estate agent, Deborah guides her clients through the artful dance of negotiation, managing the process, and making her clients feel secure throughout their transaction(s). "As a professionally trained negotiator, my goal is to negotiate the highest possible price for my sellers and the best deal for my buyers so they can realize their home-ownership dreams and to provide the best possible service...every step of the way.”
