We are back in action!! A few changes have been made. We ask that you come to all appointments with a mask on. We are health screening all patients when they come in, so we can do our best to keep everyone healthy.
We can only allow 1-2 people in the office at a time since we are a small office. Please leave kids and family members at home or they will have to wait In The car.
Please call us when you arrive to your appointment, so we may instruct you when to come in.
All missed appointment will be charged a $45 missed appointment fee. We can no longer afford no shows as our schedule is very limited with all the new protocols.
Our hours have changed. We are no longer doing Saturday appointments instead we will be open every Friday.
New hours are
Monday 8-2
Tuesday- Friday 9-5

Hello Dear Patients,
I Hope this note finds you and your family safe and healthy. After many weeks of uncertainty, we are back in the office, and ready to take all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. It has been a challenge to learn all the new protocols and the new way to practice dentistry.
This is the reason why I am reaching out to you to ask for your understanding and patience. The new protocols demands that we schedule appointments in a way that requires more time than before, principally to disinfect the operatory and any area a patient has been. The situation also makes it very difficult to accept walk-in patients, and limits the number of patients that we can serve each day. We are therefore asking you to call or email to schedule and cancel appointments with as much anticipation as possible.
Starting May 11th we will be opening back up with shorter hours. We will be here Mon-Thru 1-6.
Starting June 1st our hours will be Mon 8-2, and Tues.-Fri 9-5

If you have an emergency reach us via email; estela@decasteckerdental.com and send us pictures of your emergency and your face if you experience swelling. We are to screen every case before making an appointment. I know this is a difficult time to live through, I understand we are loosing patience but we have to be strong for the sake of our family and friends.
