We appreciate your patience as we begin to slowly reopen our office. New safety precautions necessitated by coronavirus will alter our operations. Please know that we are working hard to provide you with the best care in the safest environment possible.
•When you arrive for an appointment, please call from your vehicle for instructions.
•We ask that only the patient with appointment enter the office unless the patient is a minor or requires a caregiver. Then one additional person may accompany the patient.
• Please bring a mask to wear while inside.
•Our waiting room and restroom will be closed.
•Please bring ONLY necessary items into the building.
