Welcome back! We look forward to seeing you all again!
Durning this transition period, we have been implementing protocols to ensure your future dental visits and more safe and comfortable than ever. Positive changes are in place to make your next visit a good one. We are committed, at a minimum, to the infection control guidelines and PPE as specified by state and federal agencies. This ensures to protect both our patients and our team. We ask for your understanding and patience as we do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.
The following changes you should be aware of:
•Please call the office when you arrive in your parking spot and remain in your vehicle. We will call you when we are ready for you to come into the office. We ask that you come alone or if a minor with only 1 adult. If you are age 65+ or have higher risk pre-existing conditions (lung,heart,liver,kidney, diabetes) CDC guidelines direct us to defer treatment. Exceptions will be on a case to case basis.
•Upon arriving at the office, your temperature will be taken and a brief health screening will be administered. You will be taken straight back to your treatment room. Only 1 patient will be allowed in the reception area at a time.
•Our waiting room and treatment rooms have been cleared of much contamination risk. Sneeze guards have been installed along with medical grade air purifiers, UV sterilizers, and re-fortified barrier and sterilization upgrades.
