As a company we will be sponsoring a family for Christmas through an organization called Community Schools. The family we are sponsoring is local and the children attend an elementary school in our community. If you are able or willing please consider providing a gift. If you would rather donate money we can shop for you! We just ask that you call Rachel Wilkerson in our office to let her know what you will be providing. This will ensure all of the kids are taken care of.

This week we had a special visitor at the office. Levi and his mom brought their ornament for the Del Air family tree. This one was hand made by Dana, as you can see she is quite talented
Dana has been serving, with excellence, in the payroll department since mid 2017. Not only has she learned so much in the human resource area, she has branched out in the last few months learning a lot of other things in other departments.
We are blessed to have her in our Del-Air family.
Can’t wait to see and your children come to add to the tree

Laura is one of our newest family members having been here since March of this year. It did not take her long to find her place in the whole network of personalities. As you can see by her ornament and her pose she has loads of personality. Thank you for the addition to the tree.

Liam brought his Mom by today to hang their family ornament on our tree. His mom, Rachel, has been making her mark in our service department as a Dispatcher since June of 2020. We welcome them both and appreciate the beautiful ornament.

What a beautiful handmade ornament crafted by Madison Hemphill. Madison has worked summers and school breaks at Del-Air for three years now. We all have a special place in our hearts for this future attorney.
Delaney was so excited to bring her dad all the way from Corryton to hang this beautiful angel on our tree Her dad Donald has been a critical part of running and bringing in jobs successfully for a couple of years now. This beautiful ornament watches over the office.
For the first time in the history of our company we were unable to gather with our employees and their families at our annual Christmas party. However, we still wanted to recognize those that were voted by their peers as being the best in their area of expertise. Today we recognized the 2020 Gordon E. Lay Memorial recipients. Congratulations everyone! Well done!
What an overwhelming response we had for sponsoring a family this Christmas in our community! Thank you so much for everyone that participated whether you brought in gifts, donated money or offered up prayers for this family. We are so blessed to be part of a team that gives back!
