delaFIT has been delivering high quality innovative fitness programs with a neighborhood vibe to the Scottsdale community since 2011, and has helped over 500 clients reach their fitness goals. delaFIT offers TRICORE training: endurance, strength, and mobility, Pilates, semi-private training, and private training.
delaFIT delivers expertly crafted fitness programs with a focus on individualized attention in all classes, not just personal training sessions. They offer a variety of training methods for all body types and levels of skill. delaFIT group sessions are designed and lead by a certified fitness trainer with no more than 6 people per session, to ensure that everyone can be progressed at a level appropriate for them.
In 2016 they were proud to release the newest program, TRICORE, offering a variety of class times from morning to evening and Saturday classes.
TRICORE is a culmination of over 19 years of experience in body movement and strength training. It includes all essential components of fitness: endurance, strength, and mobility in a one stop facility.
TRICORE is a 75-minute class that starts with 20 minutes of cardio endurance using rowing machines and body weight movements designed to get you warmed-up and challenge your cardio endurance.
Next, you move to 25 minutes of functional strength training. We create our programs with the intention of not just lifting weights and doing isolated movements but to develop balance, coordination and controlled quality full body movements.
The final 30 minutes of the program is mobility work on the Pilates Reformer. This 30-minute session has an emphasis on mobility and flexibility.
