You’re thirsty, your mouth is dry, and you feel weak or nauseated. If you’ve ever experienced these symptoms, chances are you were dehydrated.
The heat is on, which means we need to drink more water to feel our best. If you’re active, you should be drinking even more water!
February and March can feel like a drag. Not surprisingly, Seasonal Affective Disorder is most common during winter months.
Unlike depression, SAD correlates with the changes in the season. Symptoms can be similar to depression and may include appetite changes, low energy, and anxiety.

When caring for patients it can mean more than just meeting their medical needs but assisting in social needs as well. I was happy to participate in feeding the homeless and giving out personal care items. We have so many people with social and medical needs right here in the valley. We don’t have to go outside of our country to provide missions. We can make a difference by Caring for people in our own communities....I’m committed to serve!
