The only interaction we had was with 2 Salesmen and Finance. I never felt cornered or apprehensive. I also felt all the trucks we were shown were each a potential purchase, equal in quality and value for the money. That was important to me.
Time is also very valuable to me. At this dealership there was very little lag time. We chose the vehicle we wanted and the process moved along swiftly.
