In accordance with Franklin County Mandate we are requiring all staff to wear a face covering as well as our patient's. In an effort to support the social distancing and keeping our patients and staff healthy we will be taking patients to their treatment room upon check in. We ask that only patient be present at the appointment with the exception of a minor or patient requiring a caretaker. We ask that only 1 parent or caretaker arrive with the patient and will be taken to the treatment room with the patient. And PLEASE if you are not feeling well call our office and reschedule your appointment.

We currently have an opening for a medical assistant with administrative duties as well. You must be self-motivated and able to work together as a team. Responsibilities will include:
Rooming patients, helping them into the treatment chairs, helping with socks and shoes as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patients.
Assist the physician as needed.
Keep rooms stocked with supplies.
Dispense Durable Medical Equipment
Sterilizing instruments with autoclave
Calling insurance to verify benefits
Greet patients with a positive friendly attitude.
Scheduling patients
Filing paperwork, charts, prepare charts.
Willing to help wherever needed in the office.
Preferred Experience:
· Medical office
· Electronic Health Records
· Medical Terminology
· HIPAA
We offer paid holidays after 90 days, 1-week paid vacation after 1 year. Health insurance available after 90 days.
