So we got a call a few days ago about a repair for a block machine. Through three conversations between technicians and block owner, the owner says “well it’s not a Sno-Block, it’s a Sno Pro. We called Sno Pro and “Peanut” (the person that makes their machines) had no idea how to walk us through our issue and to call Delta to fix their machine.”
People, it may be cheaper, but there is a reason. We have known for years that they copied our machine and use inferior supplies, but to say they don’t know how to fix and call us?????? Delta invented the block and spinner machine (Trade Marked) 43 years ago. And we get calls from customers with some at least 25-30 years old in the field. We actually have one in our shop from 1989 that makes ice EVERYDAY.

They must ship by May 29th (unless the current issues remain constant and are indoors further).
We know people are going stir-crazy and a nice relaxing trip for a snoball may be the answer, STILL WHILE SOCIAL DISTANCING and staying safe. Many stands in New Orleans are open, safe, and NEEDED for a quick getaway.
