Your health and safety are our top priority. As we start seeing face to face appointments, we want to keep you updated on our protocol. We are following CDC and OSHA guidelines in order to ensure your safety. We regularly disinfect all common areas as well as equipment numerous times throughout the day. Appointments are staggered so only one patient and family member are in the waiting room at a time. Each patient will be screened before their appointment. We will also continue to offer curbside appointments for hearing aid repairs and supplies. Nothing is more important to us than our patients, please know that we are here to help in any way we can.
During COVID-19 we are offering curbside support for any hearing aid repairs or supplies. This service is available if your hearing aid is in need of repair or if you need any supplies. Before visiting or driving to our office, please call our office (940)-387-0550 to schedule a time-slot. When you arrive at your designated time, a member of our team will collect your devices, repair them and return them to you. This means you do not have to leave your vehicle, and you’ll received your repaired devices, fully sanitized.
