Offering same-day appointments, Dr. Dupré performs complex and minimally invasive spine surgery, including decompressions and fusions using open, percutaneous, and endoscopic techniques for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. He also performs tumor ablation therapy, as well as functional neurosurgery. Dr. Dupré treats complex skull-base, neurovascular and neuro-oncological disorders, including brain tumors and aneurysms, as well as peripheral nerve disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
Dr. Dupré graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Neurobiology before attending medical school at Texas Tech University. He then moved to Pittsburgh to complete a seven-year residency in neurosurgery, as well as a fellowship in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery at Allegheny General Hospital. He is involved in cutting-edge research on various topics ranging from spine biomechanics to neural circuitry and microbiological imaging procedures.

AHN surgeons are highly experienced at performing procedures safely and effectively for the treatment of all types of brain, spine, and neurological conditions.
Dr. Dupré is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, North American Skull Base Society, and North American Neuromodulation Society, as well as local and national medical associations.
Dr. Dupré speaks fluent Spanish and is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
