Update:
As of this week, we have resumed normal business hours.
We are not currently allowing clients in the building, and are offering curbside for all appointments, product pick ups, drop offs, etc. As the situation changes, we will be sure to keep you updated.
Hope you are all staying safe and healthy!
♥We miss seeing everyone♥

As we continue to monitor recommendations related to COVID-19, we have had to make some difficult decisions in an attempt to protect the health of our employees, clients, and the community. It is vitally important that our staff remain healthy so we can continue to treat your pets. We have established a new temporary appointment policy.
Effective immediately:
-When you arrive at our hospital, please remain at or in your car, and call us to let us know you are here.
-You will receive a call from a technician to discuss your appointment and discuss any medication or products needed while you are here.
-A technician will then meet you outside to get your pet.
-Once the examination is done, you will receive a phone call to discuss how things went and the plan or medications, if needed. Then we will process payment for the visit over the phone. Credit Cards are preferred.
-Once check out is complete, our technicians will meet you outside to bring you your pet back.
We appreciate that this new system may cause distress and inconvenience for some clients. However, we believe that this course of action is necessary in order to preserve our services for as long as possible to those patients who require our care.
Thank you for helping us to maintain a safe environment!
