Finished up this great little kitchen today. The flooring came in for the homeowner and we were able to get it put in to complete the job. Although this was a small kitchen, the change made a huge difference in brightening up the small space. We added some additional cabinets on the other wall to give some more storage space and tiled up around the window, making the window look so much better. This kitchen was completed in time for the family to move in and celebrate Christmas with their family. It was complete change from the existing kitchen. We added a large island with an overhang for seating as well as a prep sink, moved the appliances around for a better flow of to the kitchen, added a pot filler faucet over the stove, plenty of rollout shelves for accessibility, new Pergo flooring throughout the kitchen and laundry room. This kitchen can easily accommodate two people working in here to cook at the same time without getting each other’s way. A beautiful warm space ready for lots of home cooked meals and many family gatherings.

Demolition has been completed on this bathroom. All the fixtures have been removed, tile floor has been removed and the sheetrock was taken down. Electrical and plumbing work has been done so the sheetrock could be installed. Now the new flooring can go in and prep for the new fixtures. Hopefully the weather will start cooperating so we can get back to work.

Finishing touches to the bathroom are happening now. Finally getting to see the bathroom come together. The vanity has been installed with the countertop and all of the plumbing fixtures have been installed. The tile floor has been grouted. The shower is in. We are still waiting for the shower doors to arrive due to COVID delays. This bathroom is now bright and open. We have added a few things to help the customer make this bathroom more accessible and hope they enjoy it.

After a few hiccups along the way due to COVID delays and broken parts, we have gotten back on track! The shower is installed, the bathroom is sheetrocked and the floor has been tiled and grouted. We put in safety grab bars for this customer. The rest of the bathroom will be finishing up very quickly now.
