Desi BodyBuilding Personal Training is a one-hour workout comprised of muscle strengthening and stretching techniques. Our fitness plans are designed to create a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, interval training, circuit training and body weight exercises.
