As a mandated essential service provider, Design Air will continue to serve your heating and air conditioning needs. Our staff will be reduced, and our office will be closed to the public. Curbside pickup of parts will be available. Enhanced screening has been implemented for all appointments.
We will continue to provide Residential and Commercial Emergency Service on a case by case basis. We are taking precautionary steps to reduce any risks to our staff and customers through PPE, social distancing, and enhanced sanitation protocol for our offices, warehouses, and vehicles.

As old man winter kept chuggling along, I am so thankful for a warm house. I can't imagine how our old furnace would be able to keep up with the demands. Let alone with the next week's expected deep freeze! Thank you, Christine Hall Ossowski and her crew, and Ameren making it possible!
