We are pleased to welcome Ruth Ann Rooker to the DCS family as our Office Manager! Prior to joining DCS, Ruth Ann was an elementary and middle school teacher. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, stepdaughter, and Schnauzer Jack Russell mix. She is an avid runner and likes to cook, read, and be outdoors!
We are proud to welcome Jennifer Hale to the DCS family as our newest Warehouse Administrator! She has been in the material handling industry for 13 years, primarily with supply chains and warehouses. When asked what attracted her to DCS, she stated, "Given my warehouse and conveyor background, I couldn't turn down the opportunity to work with a company that designs and puts all of the components together- especially after hearing the position was in my hometown." When she is not working, you can find her staying busy with home renovations or playing sports- especially softball or soccer. Jennifer also enjoys spending time with her family and pets, camping, hiking, and fishing!
We are excited to welcome Kelly Carone to the DCS family as our Licensing Specialist! She has worked with DCS for the past six months as a contractor and is now joining the team full-time after being impressed with the family atmosphere. Prior to joining our company, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor's in Legal Studies and went on to serve as a Legal Administrator. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her four dogs she rescued from the humane society! She also likes to explore the great outdoors and try new foods!
We are proud to welcome Michael Rutherford to the DCS team as our IT Manager! Prior to DCS, Michael served as an IT manager in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Outside of work, you can find Michael camping, golfing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and Golden Retriever.
Last week, we were able to team up with Diakonia Group to volunteer at One Generation Away to prepare food for their upcoming distribution. One Generation Away distributes healthy foods to families throughout Middle Tennessee that currently do not have access to food sources due to economic and physical barriers. We are grateful for all they do within Middle Tennessee and enjoyed working alongside them.
We are pleased to welcome Rann Johnson to the DCS family as our newest Mechanical Engineer! He has been in the material handling industry for over two years and was attracted to DCS because of the employees he encountered and our involvement in the industry. An interesting fact about Rann is that he also once participated in a robotic world championship in Los Angeles. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, 3D printing, and soccer!
We are pleased to welcome Brian Stewart to the DCS family as our newest Mechanical Designer! Brian is bringing over ten years of experience in 3D Computer-aided Design and four years of experience designing platforms, chutes, and conveyor components. When asked what attracted him to DCS, he said, "I was drawn in by the culture and family atmosphere and the chance to be a part of a company that really cares about you as an employee." In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and children. You can also find him playing golf, ping pong, and playing percussion in an orchestra outside of work!

We are proud to celebrate one of our site managers, Dean Moser, for his 23 years with DCS this month!
As a Site Manager, he works closely with our mechanical and electrical subcontractors to coordinate the installation process. Dean was introduced to DCS in 1996 when working on a 3-week assignment and realizing he has a passion for the company and job tasks, which led him to join the team!
Outside of work, Dean enjoys attending the US Open Tennis Tournament, matinee movies, and playing Scrabble. We are incredibly grateful to have Dean Moser on our team, and we look forward to more years to come!

Our December Outreach events looked different from past years; still, we are incredibly grateful we could offer many new opportunities for all of our employees to participate in and feel safe in the process. Over the past month, we hosted a letter-writing campaign to spread encouragement during this holiday season, sponsored Franktown Festival of Lights, volunteered with Thistle Farms, and provided gifts for families within Middle Tennessee. We are looking forward to continuing to give back and being involved within our community!

We are proud to welcome Dennis Henderson to the DCS family as our newest Site Manager! He has been in the industry for over 20 years and has spent the majority of his time in baggage handling systems. Dennis is a Desert Storm Army veteran, a huge Dallas Cowboys fan, and an avid hunter, fisher, and golfer. He also enjoys spending time with his family every chance he gets.
