This is a Boral concrete tile roof system. This project was a reroof, meaning that we removed the old existing tile roof, replaced any rotten decking, nailed the decking off to meet Florida codes of every 6" with a 8d ring shank nail over the entire roof deck. We installed the Boral tile seal underlayment, which is a fully self adhered underlayment. The profile and color selection is the Saxony 900 Slate, Dark Charcoal Blend.This is a non-prorated limited lifetime warranty!.
